Network is Bad

I have an unlimited sim with Rain and I am struggling with network. I raised this issue and a new sim card was delivered as I was told the one I had could not be picked up on their side.

I thought the new sim was gonna be different but infavt it is worse than the other sim, now I have been disconnected since last night it just says no service, there's no one to help.

Rain must just tell me if they are unable to handle so I can look for alternatives, I mean what's the point on me paying R470 but I am not benefiting from it.

This is not good.

Hi Mosa,

When you say someone will be in contact are you referring to Monday? Because even your service line says you guys don't operate on weekends.

So am I supposed to be wait till Monday and everything that I have to do must wait for you guys when you call on Monday?
