Network is as poor as their customers service. In fact there is not network nor customer service.

By far one of thee most frustrating experiences I've had. Their network is as poor and their customers service. In fact their customers service is worse. I've gone 5 days now without WiFi, I've submitted multiple tickets, and the best they could do is send me SMS's about "their network tower been down and they are working on it" That time my neighbours WiFi is working. If only they could increase their customers service as much as they increase their prices. Maybe this product might be worth it.

I am switching to Afrihost, I've heard great things about them and their customers service. To anyone considering this product, please run the opposite direction. A pretty product doesn't mean substantial.

I basically now have a big white box with designs on it that doesn't work. What's the point.
