Network down, pathetic service

If it was possible I was gonna rate it 0. I joined rain at the beginning of this month and I'm not happy at all. There's always network issues. I sent them a message on Facebook and they ask me to send a screenshot of internet downloading and uploading speed. I sent it last week Saturday and they didn't reply. I texted them again they asked me if I still need help and I said yes but they didn't reply. It's been a week since I'm waiting for them to solve this issue. Rain is the worst. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I'm paying for mahala because there's always no network. This is just torture. After I cancel my contract I won't even look back. You guys should ask Vodacom to give you lessons.
