Network down constantly – 4 weeks of unstable service

I am paying Rain every month, but for the last four weeks, the service has been terrible. It is up and down all the time. Right now, their network is completely down again.

This is not working well at all. I cannot rely on them for basic internet access. I have tried restarting my device and checking for outages, but the problem is clearly on Rain's side.

When you pay for a service, you expect it to work. Four weeks of instability is unacceptable. Rain needs to fix their network or refund customers for the downtime. Very disappointed.
