Network down 9/10 times. The WORST service provider

The absolute worst. They do call you immediately after you log a service request BUT if that’s your first time as their customer. After that they just let you pull your hairs in frustration and they won’t even communicate what’s going on with their service. I have decided to terminate their services, and guess what? They still want me to pay, even though I paid for this month’s usage and we should be square. I highly suggest you don’t get them as your service provider 👍🏽 save yourself a headache. They’ll tell you the tower is down and in maintenance for MONTHS! They actually don’t care about their customers, with their call centre agents from all over the world who can’t speak properly English
