Network disconnection yet paid for
My name is Sylvia Mbele and I have an issue with Rain. Since December last year till February I have been paying every 25th day of the month but my network is cut off even now as we speak I payed and sent pop to Rain but still I have no network and Rain is claiming that I didn't pay.
