Network Cut-Off

Your team fails to follow up on issues. I have been complaining about problems with the network in my area, causing our routers to restart. My issue was assigned to an Agent, Hakeem Benjamin, who has now also disappeared on me.

As I said in my previous post which most customers should know is that you guys are terrible at keeping up with issues. Its like you are stuck in a loop where you keep having to tell them the issue and it gets lost in translation. Then you have to keep doing it over and over again.

My issue is now in the 3rd month. I do not know when are these useless technicians going to eventually decide it is now worth fixing the issues on the tower.

This is just the final review before I consider alternate solutions. I am losing money because of this consistent nonsense.
