Network Cut-Off

I have had rain 5G for many years. 2 months ago, the network was bad, and the router constantly restarts itself when I am busy gaming. I have attempted to report this but all you get is them busy telling you to move your router all over the place but refuse to understand that this is not a router issue but tower related. I am tired of the constant complaining.

You guys are terrible at tracking issues customers have, and one has to start from the beginning every time they reach out to you.
