Network coverage too bad

I've been a loyal customer to rain for about 4 years now and their network coverage has been a huge problem, I thought they will deal with the issue but it's seems the problem won't stop now. It's been 4 days now without network and my job requires internet access. I called they said the problem will be solved till now,the sad part I had to buy data from other service provider to access the internet and it doesn't last long that time I pay R595 but honestly the service for that amount is poor. My sister in Pretoria has been experiencing the same issue It's been two weeks without internet we even think of canceling and find a better service provider. I'm frustrated because I spend a lot of money to buy data to be able to work.
