Network coverage

Got my router and I've been betting with network issues all day, the 5G router isn't working it written that device currently offline on the rain page.. really 😞and it's painful non of the agents can do anything about it. The guy who actually did they sale mentioned I had coverage in my area and now I'm battling since 11am honestly I'm so ****ed off I didn't work all day trying to get this thing work but nothing
