Network connection problem

Do not write a review unless your product is up and running, honestly the most frustrated ive been ever with a network provider. They help you so quick and easy till you pay and then from there no customer service at all. They said that i do have network coverage where i am but after trying all the places in my house there still isn't any solution. I have tried contacting them to no avail.
