Network Connection is Terrible

For weeks now, I've been facing constant interruptions and poor network quality. It's frustrating because sometimes I can't connect at all (red status), other times it's spotty and keeps disconnecting (blue and white status).

Despite reaching out multiple times, the problem persists. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps, but nothing works. I rely on a stable internet connection for work and personal use, and this situation is causing me a lot of stress and inconvenience.

Once again I need to work and I have no service and need to make other means at my expense. I urgently need your assistance to resolve this issue. Please consider replacing my SIM card or device as soon as possible.
