Network connection

Yhoo the rain network has been a struggle in the last 2 months. It's even worce for me now in January even after rebooting it does not allow me to do anything on my laptop. We'll my phone always connect without network. This week I have not watched anything on my laptop. Tried the reboot and restarted the router still the same thing. Tried to chat to your chat box and they say my network is fine on their side but im struggling to attend any online classes as I am a distance learner. This does not only affect me in site b but my family in Harare as well and my friend in another section all under khayelitsha. If this is not resolved by the end of the week I will be canceling my contract I can't pay over R600 for the month and not have connection for the full month. Now we are going to a 4rd month. I write exams at home I cannot afford not to have proper network
