Network Connection

Support Department at Rain is a joke the consultants set a callback but never actually call, been having an issue with my router that does not want to connect to another devices except my phone, I called and they told me I need to be next to the router but when I call them no one picks up for an hour. Thinking of canceling my contract the service is bad I am not happy!!
