Network cancelation, stop taking my money

I'm really sick and tired of this company honestly, I've been calling you to cancel my subscription. I don't owe you people anything I've sent you my bank statements to prove that.i NO LONGER want to use your network it is bad and my connection is forever bad and u lie saying I don't have to pay for the days with no connection
