Network and Payments issues

I started using rain in 2023 Aug and in Oct I stopped paying it due to having problems with the network. Funny they said it's a month to month but I'm receiving emails saying I'm still owning them from last year Oct. I have sent emails, asking someone to call me back to resolve the issue around Nov 2023 no one has called me. I'm not happy at all with there service, they must just come and fetch their route and Sim cards.
