Network abuse

Good day,

I would like to lodge a complaint against Rain as service provider,

I am very frustrated and disappointed by your service as of late, for the over a month now I have been experiencing terrible network connection around my area and everytime I call I am told that the towers around me are down? How long does it take to fix a ****** tower?? This is unacceptable and unfair! I’ve spent over R500 to buy my own data on top of what I am paying you guys because I have no choice as I am working from home, not to mention the airtime I spent calling your call centre!!!

I feel abused by you guys because when I chose your product I chose it thinking Rain is up there with the rest of the good network providers but as off late you guys have shown that your no where near good, you guys are the worst of the worst!

I would like to give you guys an opportunity to redeem yourselves before I decide to cancel and would appreciate this matter to be resolved asap.
