Network

I got my son the new loop wife,it’s been so terrible ,no network coverage at home and when he’s outside. It makes it so hard for him to study and do his assignments. Contacted Rain so many time for a whole 2 months,all they say is switch the loop on and off,but nothing happens. Rain is terrible
