**** netwook dont sign for it

I have been with rain for almost 3 months now the only time i have connection in that 3 is less than 10% and they keep taking my money. I even opten to use my cellc contract to connect my house because this service or loop has rendered useless. I will never recommend anyone to join rain. My suggestion is they must close their stupid useless business
