NEEDS SERIOUS IMPROVEMENT

First I'd like to thank Mr Moegammad Smaai for his relentless effort to sort my issue out. Furthermore, I really want to urge rain to improve their service and website functionality dramatically. Why must one write bad reviews and send harsh emails before they assist you. I'm still disgusted by the service. It make me feel uncertain about my future subscription with rain
