Need URGENT Update

Please go and check my account, rectify what's needs to be rectified with my account. I owed you the normal R535 because I did not pay the month. It was in arrears with that amount. Then I check my account again on the New App now it's R1400 something, please check I like your services and would like to remain using it I'm going to pay it this month. But not if I'm not certain about the amount that's needs to be paid because how does that happen...Let me know
