U guys have turned My wifi off now because it was an on line payment I need my back to draft up the proof documents and u guys put my wifi off

My bank was sending me a proof of payment so I could send it to u guys

Hello rain my payment was done on 30th April who is gonna make up for ur accounts issues and give me my 7 days back u have had me off wifi

And I have no idea if it was done on the rain website now u guys ate *****ing it up so so so so so much surely If ita done on ur payment site it should be done on ur side

So now it's 6 days with out wifi and you guys think it's okay

Obviously rain doesn't care about there customers at all and don't care 🙄 😒 if they get what they paid for or they just don't care about the 1 person using ur services because you Have million others right!!!!!!!!!

Someone better call me before 12 and tell me exactly what's the issue and how is someone fixing my issues and how is someone fixing the 7 days you already had me off ur wifi

I would encourage everyone on rain to go find a different wifi there are others with better customers care and better service

I have been struggling with this for over 1 weeks now
