Need subscription cancelled

I used the app to cancel my subscription with rain it shows cancellation is sent. And i communicated with rain on messenger asking to cancel my subscription on the 3rd of november 2023 since then i have had no feedback from rain .to now its still not cancelled and have an outstanding amount of Almost a R1000 im not even using the rain simcard anymore as i changed to another service provider.. they are quick to charge for a service but not easy to cancell.i even tried to phone them and the number is not even working
