Need my money back

On the 27th if April I sent an email to rain requesting for Cancellation and their sim card stopped working and I thought they canceled but to my Surprise they took my money on the 6th of June for services that i didn't use.I called them and was told to send the email that I had sent..I did that but no one came back to me..I called again and was told again to send the same email and received an email saying my query was escalated..till now I am actually begging them for my money..
