Need clarity on payment issue

I am confused I need help I want to join rain again but my account shows up to date when I log into my profile and then when I want to place an order it shows that I have a promise to pay that's outstanding of R500 but now I'm just confused why does the one page say up to date and when I want to place an order it says I have an outstanding balance your system is confusing and I just wanted to get clarity
