Need assistance ASAP and can’t get hold of anyone
Our internet has been down for 2 days. We’ve phoned call centre numbers with no reply. We’ve emailed and contacted the chat bot with no reply. We have no other way to get help and we’re thinking if cancelling today. We desperately need internet to keep our business running.
