NEED ANSWERS!!!
Good day, I want someeone to explain to me Why i must still pay full Price for a for Internet I am no longer using from 15 April 2024, I want an email address since you guys cannot assist on WhatsApp or Calls, or emails, SOME ONE GET BACK TO ME ASAP!!!!, I AM ONLY SUPPOSED TO BE PAYING FOR THE 1 SIM CARD INTERNET USAGE, WHY AM I BEING CHARGED FOR BOTH WHEN YOU COLLECTED YOUR ROUTER ALREADY A MONTH AGO.
