Na****a was exceptional in assisting me. The previous lady, Refilwe was terrible, I could barely hear what she was saying and she just wasted my airtime because she wasn’t willing to help at all. Na****a was excellent and fast. She even phoned me back. Such people are worth recognising and promoting
