I am paying for a service that i am simply not getting, the last time I had a phone that buffered was my Black Barry Bold Slide (Many Moons Ago BBM)

I cant go on Face Book Watch DSTV or whats App, So I am paying for something that I am not using

The only time when I can go on the internet is in the morning when I wake up Monday to Friday between 03h00 and 06h00 Weekends even worse and please dont tell me about network overload THAT IS YOUR PROBLEM NOT MINE.

You are a Service Provider, You need to do that PROVIDE THE SERVICE and retain clients.
