I need support with my account as to why there are numerous debit on my bank account for rain and this happens even before the actual debit date. I'm not suppose to pay untill March 25 2025 and already rain attempted to debit and everytime this happens the bank puts penalty fees. This needs to be sorted and both of my simcards 2 of them has no data
