This company is lacking a lot of things, I had a subscription with them and I had it cancelled within a year but they kept it open and the billing didn’t stop, when I contacted them they said the amount will be written off and I have to make a payment for November coz I was a postpaid customer, I did that payment but I am still getting calls and SMS’s from them and their collection company saying I need to make payments, and even the collection company is unprofessional coz one consultants will say my account is updated but the second week I will get a call from another consultant saying I need to make a payment. Unprofessional, a lot of miscommunication and just *******
