My son told me about Rain and I thought... Well.... Let me see if they can provide me with what I need. I left a message asked for a sales agent to phone me back to explain deals available. Within minutes they phoned me back!!!!! I subscribed to one of the package deals, the sales agent were more than super and awesome. She was calm, friendly and really take time to help me through the subscribing and payment process. Wow wow wow WOW!!!! THIS is what and how a sales agent should be doing.
