My SIM card was not delivered.

I was told that my Rain SIM card will be delivered at home but today at around 11 I received a call from RAM couriers telling me to collect the it from Mnyandu shopping mall & I must be there from 12:00 to 14:00. Although this was short notice & inconvenient I cancelled my plans for the day & I went there. I waited that whole 2 hours & I decided to call after 14:00 when I realised no one is coming. An agent from RAM told me that the SIM card is only due for delivery tomorrow & I must come back to the same place, at the same time tomorrow. When I queried why they didn't deliver it at home as I was advised on the Rain site when I initially took this deal, I was told RAM does not deliver to townships as they are high risk areas. I obviously very upset that my time & money was waisted like this but more so than Rain cannot find a business partner that gives its clients in the township the same service that they provide to people in predominantly white areas. I now want to know how my SIM card will be delivered as I am not willing to go & sit in parking area of Mnyandu mall for another single minute of my life
