my sim card has been de registered on the 13th/05/2021 while my account not in areas no reasonable explanation. i called them and they don't respond to the customers all they sent it ticket number without update. 12 days now no network connections. we joi

my sim card has been de registered on the 13th/05/2021 while my account not in areas no reasonable explanation. i called them and they don't respond to the customers all they sent it ticket number without update. 12 days now no network connections. we join this internet providers so that we can budget but with rain i am spending unnecessary someone please help my services as a customer i not provided but month end they will debit my account.
