My service was de-activated the whole day

My service was de-activated the whole day. I work from home so I'm dependant on Wi-Fi. Used all my airtime to try sort this. After receiving 4 Ref nrs, and no success I decided to call once more. I got through to Saad Patel, who sorted the problem while I was on the line. I think it was 5 min!! Fantastic service Saad Patel! You are a great asset to Rain. Keep it up!
