MY SECOND REVIEW WITH STILL ZERO COMMUNICATION OR RESOLUTION

A week later after being promised and agent would contact me, I have had ZERO communication from the service provider about my terrible connection stability. It seems their agents are all using the exact same generic response on hello peter and not following through at all.
