My router was disconnected, and I called them to ask if I could make part payment of what I owed and the lady I spoke to explain led to me what I owed and to my surprise it was not 520 like I thought it was 260 so I was able to make a full amount, I thank her for checking thoroughly and confirming my balance before they could do a direct deposit Service was excellent
