My router faulted so I could not access internet

My router faulted so I could not access internet. I called the customer service for help about 4 different times.They all promised they will send a technician but for 16 days I was waiting but no help came. I then decided to make a call and cancel my contract with them .A guy who received my call just said it's okay we cancel it end of month. Some few minutes later I was called by one of their employees who offerd to help his name is Mikhail Ford.He put all his efforts and he would call several times until he resolved my problem in one 1⃣ day. Mikhail you were such a Miracle God bless you.Your excellent effective service you rendered to my issue is greatly applauded.You made me stay with Rain.
