My router arrived yesterday

My router arrived yesterday. The driver scanned my ID and my Proof of Residence then gave me the router and 2 SIM cards. I went back in the yard and before I locked he called me. When I went back he said to me I cancelled the order and he needs to take the router back. There was another person on a call on his tablet, I spoke to who insisted that I give back router because I cancelled the order WHICH I DID NOT. So I gave back the router and here no router yet I made payment and I didn't cancel my order. Ref Nr: ***2
