My Refund please!!

Cancelled Rain a day after I the 4G SIM was delivered to me due to poor/non existent network in an area they list as covered. I am now struggling to get my refund after cancelling within the 7 day trial period. E-mailing their support, you only get automated responses. Please contact people back when you have promised to do so. Your customer experience has been appealing so far. Unsatisfied customer.
