My Rain's poor service

I joined rain 5G first week of Aug 2023. It's worked fairly well up to exactly a week ago. I have not internet connectivity for a whole week now and counting!! This has impacted my ability to work from home. Logging calls on the website and calling the call centre has proved to be utterly useless!!!
