MY RAIN UNCAPPED WIFI (VERY CAPPED SERVICE)

I ordered a Rain rooter for WIFI. Was promised delivery with 3 Working days. 1 week later i get phoned to confirm delivery on a Saturday only which is another 3 days later. After a lengthy telephone conversation which felt like a Police interview I agreed to come in to work the Saturday and wait for the courier as i don't stay far from work.

Saturday morning I received a SMS stating the package is on its way and will be delivered between 8 and 12.

Fast forward to half past one, no package, no courier no call.

I phone the number i received with the SMS just to be told oh sorry we wont make it.

Is this the standard of pathetic service we have to receive. Making me feel like you do me a service to deliver the items and give a service. Like its done for free, from 3 working days to a week and a half, no decency to phone and say you wont make it. No apology???

Another typical example of great SA pathetic service, excuses instead of answers and proactive service.

Now i can only imagine how much drama i am going to have once the product arrives in the second part of the next century.
