My Rain - Trap

Rain is very bad . Once you have a contract with them you are trapped.. I was recently on maternity leave requesting that they must suspend my account to put on hold. Apparently no one at their call centre got the message as o was literally speaking to them telephonically.they sau all calls are recorded when they want to follow up on payment but when you request for a cancellation then it doesn't get recorded I have paid my balance for data I have not used in 5 months and still getting billed as I am typing. And o have requested a cancellation as the app is not giving me the option too. This is real Bull$h*t

Please don't fall the rain internet Trapp guys . I would recommend other networks like MTN rather
