My Rain sim stopped working and no one cares from Rain.

I don’t know how many times I’ll need to write about this but it’s clearly out of hand with no solution. It’s the second week without my rain sim working. It only worked for one week and stopped. Can someone take the initiative to help at least? I need to do my work but I have to go to an Internet cafe and pay more money than I had already paid for the rain sim and to be exposed to the virus after making means to stay away from it. What makes me more angry is that nobody cares to call and find out if they can assist me.

I’m humbly asking Rain to please activate my sim so that I can start working!!!
