My Rain - regrets

Utterly disappointed!

This is my 3rd time writing a bad review for Rain. I have been waiting for 10 minutes just for a consultant to speak to me as I want to cancel my subscription with Rain. Its as if they refusing to cancel my subscription!!.. The last time they said that they would cancel and send me an email, I have not received and knowing that they going to bill me for data that I haven't used, they will say that I never called. I keep on submitting a ticket but they only respond *Help is on the way* and when they call is the wrong department. Rain is not reliable, provided that the service that they give, they trapping us by saying it's not a contract, but yet it feels like it is, how do you charge a client when they not using data as of not being a contract? and what is worse is that my app is not giving me an option to cancel. It's a month-to-month not monthly. I am very disappointed and really would advise you to consider your options with another network provider that will provide full service for monthly contracts.
