My Rain refund

I paid for the rain router in October and it arrived in November. When it arrived, it gave me a problem when trying to connect to it. It kept on saying No Internet Connection whereas I paid full amount. For the entire month I wasn’t able to connect which means I paid for nothing. I wrote an email to Rain and Langa called me and said they will process my refund. I have been waiting for 3 weeks now and I haven’t heard anything from them. I will never in my life but a Rain router after the experience I had with them. I am truly disappointed by them.
