My rain package still not delivered

We opted for rain 4G WIFI on Sunday 09/07 full payment was deducted from my account and the delivery was suppose to take 3 working days. On Wednesday the 12/07 i received a call from them saying they cant deliver . the delivery of my package will be on Friday the 14 between 8am to 11am but nothing was delivered. I contacted them several times but call center said the rain department in Polokwane will contact me to arrange but still no feedback whatsoever. I know we are in rural area's but this is far the bad services from them. Treat customers fairly please.
