My rain billing

Please reverse the debit order for this month,again. Your left hand does not know what the right hand is doing it seems. I submitted a two tickets to which you are not responding.

Yor lady there changed debit date 25th of each month last month.I had no funds,u switched me off but i paid on the 28th October.Then you debited me on the 1st of November again.I have proof.

I never ordered a sim.
I wanted a router,you included 2 two sim cards in the pckage.
My sim cards were cut off anyway,for September.
