My Rain and their lack of communication

I moved to Rain a few months ago, I have a few problems which most likely could have been addresses by Rain if they had bothered to contact me back. I have called on numerous occasions, the only time I ever received a reply was when sales "sold" me the product. Since then I get through to a call centre where I could not understand the call centre operator, he logged a call for the company to phone me, months later I have still not received a call back. I wrote an email a month ago, still no reply, ironically, the email for complains is not valid.
