My rain 5G router came on Wednesday and it worked only for 2 days. Friday it started showing 4G and 4G in my area doesn't work so we've been experiencing on and off since Friday so it's not working properly and we are very unhappy with the situation when we called the rain call center we were told that the rin towers were down for the past 3 days even today we cannot use our network peacefully because it goes on and off and his frustrating.
